Return policy for any item except special/custom orders

Each product is individually packed after closely inspecting them for all types of defects before shipment. All sales are final. No return or exchange request accepted therefore please place your orders carefully. However, if any damaged item/wrong color/wrong size is received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and let us know. To receive full refund (store credit) , customers must ship the product back to us and provide us with tracking number within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will be  responsible for the return shipping charges.
We do not accept claims such as: "I was not home when the item was delivered" or " I was out of town during delivery time" etc. We ship the packages to the addresses customers provide us with. We consider the package delivered to them when it shows "Delivered" on USPS or DHL websites.  

Note: Merchandise such as  shirts, dresses,men clothes, and scarves must be shipped back in their original packing (plastic bags).  Any returned merchandise will not be accepted if there are any signs of wear or usage such as body or perfume odor.
No jewelry returns are accepted.

Special/Custom order return policy

We do not accept returns for custom or special orders. Special customized orders are made according to our customers' choice of size/color and we will not accept returns. For more information please contact us.

Can I cancel an order? If you cancel your order in less than 24 hours, you will be charged US$ 30.00 cancellation fee or 30% of the total amount if it is less than $99.00. This does not apply to jewelry items. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. Please choose carefully and read the description of each item before purchase. 

Local pickup/Purchases  

Any item picked up from Dublin will not be accepted back. Please check the items carefully before leaving our location.
